Is she a male or female? I've heard rumours that she has a c**k, an American cousin of a friend said that in the US there used to be a singer called "Gaga" who was a man and then he dissapiered and all of a sudden a few years later "Ladt Gaga" appiered.

Found some older clips of her from 2006. A band she was in before she changed her name. Pretty good stuff actualy (compaired to the crap she puts out now. she is a little dressed up, but NOTHING like she does today....I wish she had stuck with it...she wouldn't be nearly as famous, but the music was so much better:

The way she dresses is ridiculous! I like her music but not her sense of fashion. For God sakes she wears neck braces and masks... Alittle to weird for me. Ive also hear that she has a uhh, extra external organ... but theres no proof until she whips it out i guess lol

I think Lady Gaga is a woman. She has a c**K? I never heard such story from my country or is it just me who doesn't care about her. 
Here's what I know about her though. Her second name "gaga" is actually a Filipino word which means "bi*tch". Her bestfriend, who is a Filipina gave it to her, I guess just to be unique.
I find her pretty but not that much She used to wear make up a lot. But her style and choice to clothing is really great! Very unique indeed!
