Which slippers do you prefer? Open backs or closed backs?

I prefer closed backs cuz open back slippers slip off easily, but I wear both kinds. Early in the morning it's nice to just slip on my backless pair and not fuss with the other kinds. I have sneaker slippers that are amazingly warm and comfy and of course have a back, those are currently my favorite to wear. How about all of you???

I prefer open backs. For one thing, it's comfy. For another, it's easy to put on and I am lazy. We two fit well LOL. I guess it's because I have big feet too. That's quite a big headache for me. Only slippers of big size are easy to find in my region where most women wear moderate size shoes.

ooo yeah, sizing is an issue! I have the opposite problem sometimes. I like to buy my slippers small and let them stretch out, other wise after a few days of wearing them they're stretched too big. But I bought a pair of scuffs about 2 months ago in small, and I wanted to get a second pair since I go through slippers like crazy, and I just couldn't find any more small ones! Thanks for your answer, good luck finding slippers!

I prefer open back slippers because they are quite easy to wear and remove. Moreover they are much comfortable than the closed back slippers.

open back is much easier... but I did like he lil Isotoner style ballet ones, but I hated changing out of them to go into the basement or get the mail. So I would steal hubby's slippers to go downstairs or check the mail even if the snow has been shoveled.

I bought a friend of mine a pair of those ballet slippers last year, she loves them cuz she doesn't really like slippers, but she hates socks so they're kind of a compromise! Good to see you've got a slipper wearing husband to borrow from, haha! thanks for the answer!
