Do you think you can be happy if you have a lots of money?

I think having lots of money would make things easier but I don't think it would make you happy. I think the essence of true happiness is family, love, good health and trying to keep a positive outlook on life.

I think i could be happy with tons of money. I would be happy with just a large amount of money myself. I think that money causes alot of problems within relationships and whatnot so having plenty of money would relieve a lot of stress.

I tried to believe that old adage about people not being happy that have money! But after all these years, and seeing how people suffer, and seeing what people with money have, I think some body was wrong because I know I could be happy if I had money, I'm tired of suffering because I don't! If a person has money and they are not happy, it's their own fault, it's not the fault of the money!

I don't think I can be very happy only with lots of money. Money makes a lot of difference and it has the power to increase happiness. But, ultimate happiness depends on lot of other factors too like good health, good family relationships, well being of your family, success at work, etc. It is not a person to be completely happy if his neighbours or the people with whom he interacts are not happy.

Well I would obviously be much happier than I am now. I would be able to live the high-life and not have to slog my guts out to pay the bills and various taxes that the government keep springing onto me

It's possible to be "happy" without it, just as (I imagine) it's possible to be happy if you've got millions saved. But I think those who focus on money too much are often miserable. I suppose it depends how you define your life.

Money has utility value and does not do anything else apart from purchase things. Without money or with money you can still be miserable. With lots of money, you can be miserable in comfort... - Derek

Yes of course I can be happy if I have lots of money. Having a lots of money can solve many problems. Can do anything I want, buy anything I want and make my dreams real. I can give help to some charity. I can enjoy and I can live my life to the fullest. Yes money can't buy love and friends but it can make my life better.

Hi Air Ashelia. I am not sure if I have a lot of money I will be happy, but I know that if I have a lot of money my life will be better. I will be more relaxed, maybe... And maybe I will not have to think constantly about all the bills. I know the money can't buy me happiness, but I think life can be easier if you have them.

I believe that I would be happy if I have lots of money. Those who say they cannot be happy with lots of money only have negative perspectives. :) Who would not want to have lots of money anyways? :)

Well I should noto lie and say that I dont need money in my life,or I shouldn't say that money wont make my life even better.Those who say such things are just acting and nothing else.They try to show that they are much better what they have. But yes i do believe that we earn money to live a better life and not the other way round i.e we live life to earn money.Many people have there main aim to earn lots an lots of money.And in this pursuit they tend to forget to live and enjoy there lifes.I dont fall in that category.I wish ti enjoy my life to the fullest.

Money don't buy a true friend.If you have a lot of money you can buy your happyness.....but you can't buy a real friend.If you don't know how to respect your friend in one day you will lsoe them

Yes, of course. It can really make me happy if I can have plenty of money. I already have intangible things that make me happy with my life now. So, if I will become rich in the future, I really think it would make me happier than what I am right now.

I believed i would be happy if i have a lots money, since i need to paid half of my salary for my debt...... I can't buy those things i want, can't go travel and even buy my friends a birthday gift.it's sad!!!

Right now, I would say that I would love to have lots of money. When you don't have a lot of money, and you need alot, you want it all. Once we crawl out of that hole, money won't be that big of an issue. It's just going to take some time.

Hey airasheila! Unfortunately, I think we all know the answer to this question! There just are certain things that money can't buy! But, just the same some of us could live quite happily if we did have more money! I know that I surely could! It may not be able to buy love and other things, but is sure would make it easier to live without worrying about bills and things like that!

I think that having a good amount of money could make you happier because you wouldn't always have that worry about being able to afford rent and being able to eat and survive. Of course having or getting a lot of money isn't going to fix all of your life's problems all at once but I think that it can take away some stress.

for my current circumstance,i would like to say yes,so i could a million of things,but there are still many things can not resolve in money ,and have much money is not a bad thing,which could make me happy slowly,and money is note qual to happiness?

Im not sure becouse i dont ever have a lots of money:D Put i think i wouldnt, money dosnt make people happy, maybe a little time ounly
