How much time you spend infront of the monitor????

Hello razvaneison! When i`m on school i spend maybe 5-6 hours..Most of times 3-4 because i hang out with friends..When i don`t have school i spend about 10 hours,40% on mylot (lol i`m crazy) :D And the others on games and skype..But some days i don`t even seat in front of the monitor because i have headaches..So bad..But anyway my "normal" time is from 5 to 7 hours..But anyway i don`t spend 10 hours everytime i`m not on school because i get big headaches and sometimes stomachaches..Because i`m addicted.. i like my laptop and i prefer to surf the net . so i spend many hours,about 12 hours every day, on front of the monitor. i think it is not a good habit .staying mouch time in front of the computer do harm to our healthy.

I have never had time to calculate that but all I know is that I spend more time on the monitor than time which I had to eat or eat anything.Sometime I am even reluctant to get uo from the chair because I am afraid that I will miss something.

well some times its tough, you know the computer has done alot for us,I spend some times 5 to 6 hours working online and planning project too, and now that almost all works and project has gone into the use of the computer, and also sourcing for info on the internet. so all days work end with the monitor.

Its really depends on the day. usually i rarely have any time to brose sites on weekends. They are very hectic days and most of the time is spend shopping and completing pending house hold chores. But still i try to pull out some few minutes to check my mail. Otherwise on week days , i try to work at least 4 to 5 hours. But not in a stretch. In the morning I try sitting for one hour and later after breakfast for around 2 to three hours. Browsing had became a habit for me. And it is difficult to avoid it for couple of dayz.

Hi. I normally spend 12 to 18 hours a day in front of the monitor. This is because I'm temporarily staying at home full time. This gives me the opportunity to surf the net almost all day long.
