Well its sunday here on the island and I just had my dinner .It consisted of curry goat ,rice and gungo peas.Gungo peas is a native variety of peas found on the island but when boiled makes for a tasty dishes and is often served with chicken and other meats .Oh and I had a tall glass of sorrel drink to go with ,sorrel is another product that is native to our island (I think) and usually blooms aorund this season as a blood red flower that we boil and use to make a drink . So what did you have for dinner ,when was that and what are you doing now?

My sunday dinner contained of chinese takeaway with chicken and fresh pineapples... yum... Normally i would cook on sundays unless my boyfriend have asked me out for dinner, but today we just returned from Germany and decided to go with the takeaway because then it was easy to crash in the couch afterwards to relax a bit from the journey...

I'm not really sure, but I will do something simple. Maybe I will make pasta, which is always easy. My other possibility is homemade burritos. They are not too hard to make, and also pretty good, and nutritious.

I live in Australia so it is now Monday afternoon! I had my favourite food for dinner last night, pasta, yum, is all I can say! I have been shopping and right now I am catching up on my online work until I have to pick up my daughter in about an hour’s time so nothing too exciting but that can be good, better than having a bad day! Your Sunday dinner sounds like a delicacy, I've never had anything like that before...

Well, we haven't had our dinner yet, but I already know what we're having. We put a bunch of ribs in the slow cooker last night. This morning we brushed the ribs with barbeque sauce and they are going into the griller. It'll be great to serve them hot as it is snowing outside.

Hello Ronnyb: Your dinner sounds wonderful. Goat meat is not a very popular meat where I am. In fact, some years ago, my husband and a friend used to travel more than 100 miles to a farm to purchase goat meat. It was considered quite a treat. I now eat only fish. The sorrel drink sounds delicious. I would love to try it. Do you think I can find it in a market that specializes in Jamaican foods? Our dinner will consist of baked salmon and rice with a green salad. For dessert, we will have a low-sugar ice cream. Rnjoy your Sunday. Happy mylotting.

I had leftover pizza from the night before. My family isn't into a posh sunday dinner. Most of the time we are busy watching football to sit down and have a fancy meal.

we dont always have time for a big sit down dinner on sundays because we are so involved with church and family. it just depends on what is going on. yesterday (sunday) we spent most of it at church because we had to get ready for our kids christmas production.

Sakat Chouth - Hinduism is often described as a religion of fasts, feasts and festivals. Fasting a Hindu tradition to please God, by controlling and curbing one's desires. Fasts most commonly known as Upvaas or Vrat are the days when devotees refrain themselves from food or water. Fasts of different Gods or Goddesses are observed on particular days. These stories have given solace to millions of people from time immemorial. It would be worthwhile to explain as to how a particular day of the week was allotted to particular star or planet

I just wonder what island do you live? I am not familiar with those cuisine you mentioned above, but I would love to try each one of them. Makes me hungry now. I had some pork meat last night on Sunday, home made with special sauce; Pretty tasty. I would love to have some more tonight with my parents at home.

I was having dinner at home, together with my in-law's family on Sunday evening. My mother-in-law prepared the dinner for us, for us. It's Chinese dishes, including chicken with bitter gourd, some vegetables and omelet. There was potato soup too. After dinner, we also had fruits together.

Last nite, sunday, i had left overs for dinner. They were good left overs from Friday nite. My daughter's family came over so i made cheeses enchalidas, spanish rice and beans. I was drinking some iced chia spice tea with it. So i had plenty of left overs. I still have some.

I prefer a roast chicken with fried rice for a dinner because I love meat lol!. It was a perfect dinner for me even not every night i can taste it, usually we have it when we aren't cooking at home so we just go out and buying that at the restaurant (it just 2 mile away from my home), and also we usually have it in BBQ party. It makes me full when I eat 3 piece of roast chicken and a plate of fried rice. Now, I were enjoying it for my dinner -..-b
