Yes I also use opera mini to surf net on my cell phone when I am away from my home. I is small and easy to use. also the new version has many features such as mouse. We can turn images on and off. We can enable and disable scrips, add bookmarks and save pages we like. Also you may have noticed that while surfing a website, opera mini automatically reduces the size of the website.

Yes it reduces the size. When we open a website the website is first downloaded to the opera mini's server and then many things which we usually don't use are removed and then sent to our mobile browser. Well i use opera mini for checking mail and downloading mobile applications to my cell.

Oh So that's it! That's so good ?It can spare a lot of gprs flow data! In China gprs flow data is expensive! I can't afford the gprs fees!!!! How about the gprs fees in your country? I usually use opera mini to surf the internent . I usually see the news ,see what is happening in every district of the world, and read books on net! Opera mini gives a lot of happiness!!!

Hi!! I hate surfing Internet on my mobile as the GPRS services in India are really bad and even if you have full coverage you still get lags in opening up a website which is quite irritating for me at times.I used to use Tea shark browser for my Airtel connection as Tea shark would allow me free browsing which was not the case with Mini Opera, the Airtel guys have come to know of this trick and they have sorted the matter now(sad for all the airtel gprs users :( ).My brother uses Opera Mini on his Nokia 2700 which was default with the phone and I feel is the best mobile browser to use.Its light weight and opens up pages quickly as compared to other cell browsers.

I have to use the one that cme with my phone, as I can't download any other browser. I am so limited to what I can do on it too, but that is okay, as I don't use it all that much anyway. It is just to hard to do any browsing on a cell phone, since the screen si small in comparison to the computer screen. The phone is an LG from Verizon, so it is a Verizon browser. I wish I could put Opera on it, but I just can't. I have Opera on my computer and I use it all the time, even to come in here. I just got my phone in August, so I can't upgrade for 2 years, so I will just have to deal with the phone and the browser installed. Have a good day, and happy mylotting.

When I bought the enVTouch, I didn't know that I could't install other browsers, or I proabably wouldnn't have bought it. It is a nice phone otherwise, I am just limited on the internet what I can do with it. I think the next one I buy, will be a windows mobile phone. I do have to wait though as I just upgaded in August, so I can't upgrade for a long tim. I will just have to deal with it for now.

Hi rosekiss ! thanks for your response!! I think we can use phone browser to do a lot of things ,such as checking emails, see news, and even watch films. the phones' screens are not small, there are some phones with quite a big screen,if you want to change your phone you can have a try! You use an LG phone? No wonder you can not install softwares yourself! According to my experience LG is the worst phone!!!! You can not install softwares!!! So I will never use an LG phone!! What about you?

I don't use the phone to browse the web often, especially when I'm out. It takes too much battery power and sometimes I need it to hold out if I'm not home and don't have access to the charger. However, I did have an internet-capable phone some time back. I didn't use it to browse much except to check out the features on chomps sms. I didn't bother to change the browser, I used what it came with. In fact I can't justify the expence so I removed the data plan.

Hi kaylachan thanks fou your response! Yes when surfing the internet it cost the battery a lot!!!But when you are at home you can use it to surf while charging at the same time, isn't it? The gprs data flow is a little expensive for me !But I use opera mini ,it can spare a lot of data flow then it can save money! I recommend you to have a try! It won't cost much!! thank you again!

Yes it's quite cool using Opera! Its beautiful display, its popular function-Opera Link and SpeedDial makes me very excited ! The red 'O' attracts me very much! Opera is best! Do you use Opera Mini or Opera Mobile? I use Opera Mini because my phone is not good enough !
