Hi friends,
I've been wondering, if there are still safe places in the world? I mean, if we go outside, it is not safe, because there are thieves, gangsters, terrorists, rapists, and etc. If we go to the church, the presence of such people is also there, like snatchers, holdapers, kidnappers and etc etc. If we are at home, there are things that might also happen, it may have an earthquake, fire, a plane rushing down to your house, thieves, rapists again, killers, and etc. If we go to province, there are terrorists who are hiding. If we go to mountains, aside from terrorists there are also snakes and may dangerous species, if we go to forests the same thing will happen with mountains, sometimes there are cannibals. If we go to the sea we may be drowned when the sheep will drown or if the sheep will be hijacked by terrorists again of pirates then it is again a danger, If we ride a plane there is also a chance of terrorists and hijacking. Then now what? Where the hell is a safe place?
How about you? What is your catch on this?

Hi RJ,
I do believe that there's still a safe place in the world where we can find peace, direction and enlightenment-----inside the church and at home. these are the two safest places for me. i may sound shallow but that's where my heart is telling me where i can be safe and experience inner peace and unconditional love!

i know there are lots of people not safe inside the house as they experience abuse and but i make sure that peace, order and love are all experience inside the house. i have two special kids and abuse does not have a place at home ---only love. this is the safest place for me, for my kids, for my entire family.

Hi, Rjvb. Thieves and gangster are available in all places around the world. Yet, there is still have safe place. We are being protected by justice. As long as we are aware when we are walking on street. Try to avoid walk alone. The world is still safe, terrorist is just in some country only. So no need to be too worry about the safe places in the world. God bless you! Have a safe and happy life :)

I can proudly say that my neighborhood is very safe. People can walk, even kids can play on the streets or in the play parks within the subdivision. Its hard to find a neighborhood that will be safe for you and your kids nowadays.

I still think there is but it is only few already. I have known a place in my country called Batanes Islands where there is almost zero crime rate place. They even have a store where there are no store owners and when you buy goods there you only have to write what you bought and leave there the money.
Its rather impossible to make that here in the city. But in there the only trouble they get is when people get drunk an there are minor brawls but there are almost zero reports on burglary and other petty crimes happening in that small island province.

There still are, but still, there needs to be vigilance of safety mindset all the time. In my country, Singapore, it's a pretty safe island, but there are still crimes, although it's not as common. But like they say, low crimes do not mean no crime. You are right; sometimes I read news about crimes committed anywhere at all, and issues on domestic violence, tensions everywhere, fighting on the streets and whatnot, it makes me think about the world safety as a whole, and whether anywhere we go is real safe. Good topic here, rj..

There are still safe places in the world. I think that my husband and I live in one of them. We live in a small town and while it's had it's crime, pretty much everyone knows everyone, and we're all friendly. We know our neighbors, and help them out when we can.
The only way to spread good is to be good... and to help people out...

Yes we are no longer safe in this world. We are vulnerable in this world anything can happened. Danger is always been there whether it is calamities, terrorist attacks or accidents. What we can do is always pray to God that He going to makes us safe always everywhere we go.

I know a place that's safe. Maybe hiding under the bed, so nothing can hurt you. But then again, the dust might cause an allergic reaction. . .
There are no safe places in the world, no matter what. Anything can happen at any time, and that is what life is about. Think about it; would it be normal if there was a place where everything is safe and you can't get hurt? No, it's not normal.
This is the world, this is nature, this is life; there are always dangerous places. Nonexistence is probably the safest way to go - if you don't exist, nothing can happen to you. But we do exist, as humans, and so, as living humans we go through life and the point is to live past these dangers.

HI rjvb,
reality strikes that even in the comforts of our own homes, we can not be safe. probably that is the reason why we are always encourage to pray for protection against any harm. Prayer my friend i think helps ease our worried as far as security is concern.
just pray and surrender to God our worries and by faith i know God will take care of it.

If we felt that there were no safe places left, such assd you describe, we would be stuck in our homes forever and go insane.
I mean you are right, that there is a safety issue vitually everywhere, but I guess there are levels of safety and risk.
For instance, I think the level of risk in a Chruch is very low, so I would attend.
I also think the level of safety in my own home is very good, unless we had a high fire risk day, in which case I would evacuate.
On the other hand, if there are countries or provinces where there are terorists, I would not go at all, as I think that is too high a risk.

Hi Rjvb. I think the worst fear we can have is fear itself. I don't stop and think daily that no matter what I do I will or won't be safe. I turn it all over to God daily and ask God to protect us from all harm and all evil in Jesus name. And believe it or not but God does protect us daily as long as we ask God to protect us daily. We don't have fears we let God be our guide daily and our lives seems to turn out great every day.Being afraid of anything is the worst fear anyone can have. Don't be afraid of things just ask God to protect you from all harm and all evil in Jesus name. I can't remember where it says this but it says in the bible to order all evil out of your life in Jesus name and evil will flea from you.God won't put more on you then God puts on anyone else. God won't put more on you then you can bare. Have faith in God and things will start to look up.Evil isn't waiting around every corner.

Hi. I believe that many places here on Earth are still safe. We could still enjoy them without any worries.
I think there's no safe places if we do not take proper safety precautions. But I also believe that no amount of safety precautions could be done when one's time to leave this world has come. One could even be harmed at the supposed to be "safety" of his own home.

Hello rjvb26!
About the safe places..Its only in the small villages, and see only the small VILLAGES..And there are still terrorists that search what to do..In the big cities you could die if you walk when its dark.Narkomen..Killers..Gangsters..Terrorist..You couldn`t walk without a group that can save you,and them..In Bulgaria some of the cities are full with killings..Before 3 days there was a murder of kids from school..And they make some idiot things, like saying they did it but like they have psyhic problems, and the bulgarian inspectors say..No they are crazy..And the next day - A girl has been fu**ed(don`t know any other words)..A boy has been fu**ed from g*y..And they just don`t put them in jail,or if they do some people are trying to kill their selves in jail, and they just let them out..I don`t know what to say..The world is becoming a killing machine..
Hope all these problems dissapear..-joro1best
