Quality in service is really difficult to measure. People have different perception, sometimes we say that the service is quality but for other people it is not. How can you measure quality in service

Measuring quality in service can be done through three assessments from Marketing philosophy, Marketing Segmentation, and Customer Behavior. In marketing philosophy; Does our product/service is product/service driven? Does our product/service is sales driven? Does our product/service is customer driven?. In marketing segmentation it refers to demographic assessment; What group of customer's age like much our product/service? What group of customer's income like much our product/service? Which group of customer's education level like much our product/service? In customer behavior; How do the customers' feedback looks like? Attending promptly to customers' feedback will enhance our product/service quality.
