Measuring quality in service can be done through three assessments from Marketing philosophy, Marketing Segmentation, and Customer Behavior.
In marketing philosophy; Does our product/service is product/service driven? Does our product/service is sales driven? Does our product/service is customer driven?.
In marketing segmentation it refers to demographic assessment; What group of customer's age like much our product/service? What group of customer's income like much our product/service? Which group of customer's education level like much our product/service?
In customer behavior; How do the customers' feedback looks like? Attending promptly to customers' feedback will enhance our product/service quality.
