It has been well said that there should be a good environment with in the organization. The issue is always about its employees who behave differently. Little do we here about the wrongfull acts of the Management itself! They make it look like its the fault of thier employees and not they themselves. This is by fact true because i have had many experiences with the said issue! Thier's not a choice but for us to follow and let it be because we are under them, it really is very hard to report it to the authority if we are the only one to report because our co-employees are afraid on what the company might do to them if they do report it to the authorities...
