there are many difinitions of quality which depends to the field
they are trying to relate with in. however According to some experts
quality is the ability to achieve the expected results, and also
it is the conformance to requirment..

Quality is the ability to achieve the expected results and also it is the conformance to requirements. These definition is defined by Philip Crosby who is said to be the fun uncle of the quality revolution. By these definition, Crosby come out an idea that these specifications are not arbitrary either; they must be set according to customer needs and wants.

Quality of the products is the thing we wants,by our demand that the producer produce the good quality of the product and the price is increase too,so it's the same way like we buy the quality not the product anymore!
