Joseph Juran developed the the Jurn's trilogy, it is an approach to cost-fuinctionalm management that is composed of: quality planning determine customer needs abd develop processes and products required to meet and exceed those of the customer needs; quality control to ensure the proces is running in optimal effectiveness; and quality improvement to eliminate waste defects and rework toreduce the cost of quality.
