how much hours do you use the computer?

many company are office automation and there are on-paper offic most of all. we had to sit in front of the computer for a long time per day. i had to work with a computer at least 8hs per day. At the very beginning i am very tired when i get off work, especially my eyes. i am faint ,and verything blur. yeh, just a little exzaggerate.
and now, i adopt it slowly. i aslo play games on line in the spare time, add this , i face the screen about 12hs per day. do we have a good sight when we are old if we continue using the computer in this way?

Use of computer has become an indispensible way at my work place as well as at home for personal communications by emails. At work, I have to use the computer to do researches using the search engines, to send and receive emails from business associates, preparing business presentation documents, etc. At home too, I use the internet to keep in touch with friends and relatives. I seldom use snail mail these days.
