speed and quality do they compliment each other?

time is an element of work today.. we take into consideration the time, if we can finish all our workload assigned to us everyday but do we really consider the quality of our finish jobs? Its better to work not that fast but assuring a more quality work, than being fast but with lots of mistakes. its being efficient yet effective. also being consistent.. doing things right the first time, having less or zero mistakes
