what is quality?

Quality is really hard to describe... its like what is best for others may not be meant or pleasing to me. Everybody has his own choice of food, clothing, perfume, even circle of friends and even the type of school they want to enroll in.. Even the choice of course, sometimes we get attracted to anything because of influences or what is in today, we don't even bother to see if we can afford them like clothing, bags, perfume and shoes.. What really matter is how comfortable are we with what we have and how we take care of such things in order to gain the quality with that thing...For example we bought a bag worth 3000 pesos and we just used the bag for a year or less, its really not enough but did we take into consideration on how the owner take care of the bag?
