Is it true that if we yawn the people sitting near by too get yawn.....

It is very true indeed. There was even a time that I tried to experiment and started yawning. The other people around me also started to yawn. It really is contagious. I do not know the reason why this is the case. Perhaps, there is something psychological behind it. :)

I was thinking of this just now because normally like at night when my son yawns I yawn to so both get sleepy at the same time. Like even when I am with my husband, once he yawns I do too. It's like it is a cycle that doesn't just stop with one person or two, sometimes it goes up to like 3 people.

Yes, generally that is an observation that I also see when people yawn there would be someone usually who would follow doing it. I really do not know if there is some king of scientific explanation to that but I am also amazed when that happens.

I have experienced this. When someone yawns near me, I also feel like yawning. Again, when I yawn, someone near me yawns as well. Boy, it is like a chain, everybody is yawning.
