The system of quality is prevention. Management must consciously commit themselves to a prevention-oriented work environment. Comment: Prevention of incoming problems to the company/firm should always be one of the first priority of the top management because if the company would not prevent it and let is go inside the organization, it would be a big problem in part of the management and maybe very costly. Prevention is very important so that the company/firm would not have hard time on pursuit of the success of the company/firm
