How to satify In laws

Hi My lotters, Mine was an arranged marriage. I should admit that it took almost 2 yrs to understand my husband to some extent.. Now i need to satisfy my in laws also. I sometimes feel that they expect too much out of a working woman.... Just wanted to know if all of you guys out there are also facing some similar issues with in laws.. if yes, can you please guide me as to how you are handling them ? Is it that you set your expectations right ?
