Yes I am guys but not to the extent that I hardly wouldn't eat almost a day. What I mean is I am only particular on some kind of foods that I would eat or not. Sometimes if I can't stand looking at it, I would pinch a little to content my urge to eat it.
Some said they would be on diet if they doesn't like the foods but if they like it the diet would be gone...
Are you the master of your urge when it comes to food you like?
Common' guys let's talk about it....

I am always on a diet. I love sweets and I have a hard time passing them up. I very little discipline when it comes to the food I like. I try to just put a serving on my plate and then I am too lazy to go back for more. If I had the whole bag or whatever with me I would eat the entire thing.

sounds funny..I guess you're still young that's why you're so voracious in terms of eating...well, remember, some of the factors of the illness we have is coming from our lifestyle...thanks anyway for responding my friend...

I am 54 so my younger years are behind me. When I was younger I didn't like sweets as much as I do now. Weight was a lot easier to manage then. My metabolism was faster and I was in better shape and could do more.

I understand that ma'm. Having that illness would really a big problem because that mostly has a relation with the food intake we got..besides if we already used of eating much it is so hard to control it...
for me, it is so hard to master ourselves..thanks ma'm for responding...

I am not diet conscious, but I am aware of how much I eat. I eat anything I want, but I focus on the quantity of food. I love eating, but I don't diet. I do fast once a week only on milk and water. That's it.
There are some kind of foods even I don't like, but still I eat what I like, so you don't need to be diet conscious for this... :)

hello daddy!
i am not really that conscious on my diet. i eat anything but i try to be always on moderation...but there are times that i can't help it, haha i tend to eat a lot but its very seldom... i don't suppress myself from eating the foods that i want or like... i satisfy my appetite for them coz they said that depriving ourselves to eat those foods will just worsen our cravings...hehe
but i think when i reach the age of 30, i will start to eat more healthy...i am afraid coz my family do have a history in hypertension...

Hi iloemi I think you're right. That was me before, i ate everything that can be eaten he he he he but when I started to stepped up at the "conscious age" I begun to lie low..just a pinch of whatever I think not good if eaten too much..though we don't have a family history of hypertension I still care to be aware of the major factors that could trigger of having it. I guess acquisition of that illness would be from our lifestyle whether you have a history in your family or none...thanks for responding...

being a diet conscious doesnt mean you hardly eaten anything for the whole day or eating just a pinch of whatever there is in the table but diet conscious means that you regularly visit a dietrician and you have to follow a regular menu list diet for the day and the day onwards. your case is not a diet conscious but simply a choosy person with regards to foods you like and foods you dont like to eat.

I am sorry if I was using it not right. What I understand is, whatever food you take belongs to dieting. When you start selecting whatever food you take then you start to be conscious, and that consciousness is about your dieting..if you think I am picky or chossy it's because I am conscious with my diet...Ok maybe I was wrong then but I think of all who replied this topic they understand fully what I mean...you are the strict one...thanks for responding then..

I think I'm not. I love to eat. I love food. But I'm also particular to what I eat. I select the food that I eat. I always have to put limitation when eating. I don't have that much urge to sweets but I love to eat salty food. I also wanted to eat a balance diet since it is very important to our health.

I appreciate your honesty and good information. I live this way. I eat what I want in moderation but make my choices healthy and I do not deprive my self at all. Example: I love chocolate chip cookies. I have revised the recipes and use only 100% whole grain flour I add flax meal to the flour and raw honey mixed with some dark brown sugar for the sweetener. I use only a quality dark chocolate chips full of nutrition and good butter. They are simply delicious. The flax gives my body added fiber and nutrition and has a natural nutty flavor.I limit how many cookies I will eat in one day and I get my body moving each day if only for 25 minuted a day. I look at good food as the fuel for my body mind and soul. Why put junk in it If I can put good cookies or pies and granola bars in my diet. I feel very satisfied.

Hello,
I am not the mastered of some of my urges especially when it comes to food. I love food. I am always on a diet and if it is something I really want to eat, I will have it without the quilt. I just eat the things I really like in moderation. I do alway consciously monitor my weight. Yep so I am always diet conscious.
