Do you read anything while lying down?

ha, i don't have problem in sleeping , i will get into dream within 5 minutes when i lying down. But i still like turn on TV,watch television,watch movies or sometimes read some books.It 's a habit of me for long time.

Hello mobhomeir, I love to read and since I am pretty busy, the only time I can read is before sleeping. I love to read while lying down and most of the time, it takes me just a few minutes to doze off! I don't have problem to sleep at all but I get used to read before sleeping.

i think that it is good way to read anything while lying down.sometimes i could not easy sleep,i find that when i read book,this make me have sleeping mind and to sleeping quickly,this become my habit to do like that,i find that it is very useful to me to improve quality of sleeping.

hi there again!... yeah!i do read before sleeping...i do sleep every 2:00 am or 3:00 am just to read my favorite book eclipse.. i love to read books about love and friendship it thrills me so much.. im looking forward to read breaking dawn... i heard its a wonderful and much thrilling story.. i would expect this movie to be more exciting... just cant get enough of this books as well as the movies.. im a very big fan of vampires...and to Robert Pattinson.. supper! Hi Mobhier, Yes, I love reading magazines and even comics while lying down-- that was before. I seldom do that now, it strains my eyes. so if i want to read and it will take long i need to get up, find a comfortable position for me to enjoy reading without experiencing any stress in my eyes!

hi,i some times have a problem when i sleep,i do not like to read but i are fond of listening to music to get into the sleep,the music is able to give me a feeling of intoxication ,and gradually you will be tired,this is a process,if you keep do it ,you will overcome it,i believe.

I read all the time. While I am sitting, walking, standing, laying down, riding in the car...... I love reading. When I am sleepy I will read until I fall asleep also.

hello daddy! in my school days year, i usually read my books before going to sleep...hehe and sometimes reviewing my notes... now, i don't usually read when i am on bed, first is because lighting in our room is not good for reading and usually hen i go to bed, i easily fell asleep.. but when i have nothing to do, and there's something to read like some magazines, books, i read them while lying down on sofa...and usually it makes me feel sleepy! haha by the way, my favorite to read is our religious magazine and i love the last issue we have...

It's not my attitude to read before going to sleep. I read books if I feel that there is something I need review. Because I love to read books and other materials that make me learn some...

hmm, i sometimes read while lying down, that's a very leisure way. but if too long, it's bad to my eyes. so after reading for some time, i'll listen to some musics, or chat with friends by phone. but that's usually happened in winter. because it's too cold.

My dear amigo, I couldn't imagine myself lying in bed while reading from the laptop(nyahahahaa)just kidding dear. I also had the same habit during younger days,but now,i seldom read from books,not unless i bought a new interesting book or,my mom sent me new TIMES Mag and NEWSWEEK,I will never let the night pass without reading any article,and yes,i read it while lying. Good for you that you don't have hard time with sleeping time now(getting old huh...hehehe)...cheerrrrrs!!!!

Hi mob... I love to read when i'm lying down, especially at night. that's the time I feel totally free and I can go on reading until I feel sleepy. In fact, I can't fall asleep until I have read something; that is of course if I'm not sick or too tired.

I've stopped reading these days, but I just sit on the computer till late night especially when I am too caffeinated. But most of the times yes, if I can't sleep then I read something on my laptop or surf. But I used to read books before while lying down and sure my eyes do droop after a while. Thanks for reminding me, I guess I should start it again.... :-) A cup of hot milk also helps to fall asleep. You can even close your eyes and start concentrating on your inhalation and exhalation and start counting each breath starting from 51 to 0. :) But yea.... reading books is good enough...

I do it everyday. I've alloted that time (time before going to sleep) for reading, since it's my only free time. And I do it because I find it relaxing, and sometimes a great way to began dozing off.

There are many times that I will read before going to sleep because I'm not tired yet. I will read a chapter or two and start to get sleepy and know its time to put the book down and shut the lights and go to sleep. Other times I will just watch TV but I prefer to read.

I read most of the time while sitting up. I do once in awhile we a book lying down if I can not go to sleep. It makes my eyes tired and then I can fall to sleep.

For me I'm not hard when time to sleep because I'm workaholic when time to bed so nice to sleep because I'm so tired so no time to read,watching movie, and etc.

Hi mobhomeir,I'm love to read book while lying down although it make me sleepy.But in this position it help me to remember what have I read and understand the fact I have read.So I use most of my reading time on my bed and sofa.I think reading while lying down is the best position for us.Many of my friend also have this attitude,they say in this position is the most comfortable position.I still will continues to do so,reading while lying down.
