You never wanna go off and say that someone needs to die. That is just ridiculous and it makes you sound worse than him. So seriously quit that nonsense. And honesty the thing is she is the only one that can get them out of the situation. If she really was mad about the situation she would talk to a center that helps, she would start saving money without him knowing so she can have enough to move out with the kids. And if she's a worthwhile mother and he is seen as the drunkard you are claiming him to be then any judge will grant her custody. But unless she's willingly to grow balls and do something then there is no use complaining.
