Morning Walk

walking - Walking is a good exercise.

Hi friends, As we spend lot of times infront of computer our body needs some warmups. Everyone should have a fast walk for atleast 30 minutes twice a day. My college is 1 km far away from the stop.So daily i walk atleast for twenty minutes.Especially software professional must have a walk daily.

You are right. Walking is a healthy exercise for us. Everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends me about half an hour and I think this exercise is suitable. I won't feel tired, but I can have my daily exercise. This is nice. I love China

Hi shin Walking is indeed necessary for all ages of people. It gives physical strength and we can breathe fresh air and all our muscles will be toned up and refreshed.
