Is paypal personal account allowed to be used for cashout?

Hi Bulastika, for receiving funds and transferring funds you do not require to upgrade your account. You can very well receive payments in your personal accounts. Also you can use your personal paypal account for purchasing something online on the sites which accepts paypal. For more details on premier or Business account just go the paypal and read the benefit of those accounts.

We will not be charged any fees by receiving payment. But, I haven't withdraw money from my paypal account yet. Perhaps you need to figure out how you'll withdraw the money later.

To get payment from any site you just need to have a account , the account type is never matters , no matter you are having which type account wither premium or business or something else , just attach your PayPal email id with mylot and you will receive this month payment the next month as payment of this month is already done.you amount will be carried forward to next month and at 15 of January you will receive your payment in your PayPal. If you read the FAQ and look at the payment information, I think it says that you can do it with a personal account and don't need to upgrade to a premier, especially since you are only recieving funds and that Mylot claim that they have spoken to paypal about this.
