What is the aasiest way to learn Photoshop application?

I know this is may sound a little absurd to some, but I really need help! I'm trying to learn Photoshop application, and the free tutorials I found over the net is very useful. But the problem is I don't really get it! I'm halfway learning a simple trick, and then BOOM! I'm lost again and I can't finish a project. Can any one tell me the easiest way to learn this application? I need to learn the basics and maybe work my way through...

Learning Photoshop for a new beginners is sometimes very discouraging especially if you are only doing it by yourself. I believe there are many tutorials that you can find in the net whether it is video or pdf's to be read. However, even if you go to the class and learned Photoshop if you don't have the interest then this will also not work. In learning anything first I think oneself should have the interest. Second ofcourse you must have the tools/material or the things that you need to make all those things work. Third, you must also be dedicated to the things that you are doing. Fourth, patience is very important because without any patience you can never succeed in doing it. With all of these I believe you can make it even by learning it by your own self.
