Hi
I want to share something with the Fellow Mylotters.I have a friend who openly criticises anyone if she feels something isn't right.A lot of times she has got into trouble but she still doesn't seem to be learning her lesson.
I want to know how many of you all will take criticism positively from a friend.
Thanks

Hello there!
I respond well to constructive criticism which amounts to someone giving you friendly advice really. What I don't like though, is if this criticism is repeated over and over again like I'm thick or something and not heard them the first time.

hi ruchimom, well i am open to taking criticism but only from my close friends, i would feel it weird if someone else would approach me and criticize me like as though they know me, no i can't take it hehe, probably that is why your friend seems to get into trouble at times, she should realize whom to say it straight forward and whom to not, she can't just go and say it to anyone, i can understand she might want to be friendly with everyone but not all think like her, i am a little conservative kind of person and would rather not let her tell me things directly in such a straight forward manner, it doesn't mean i can't make friends with her, sure why not and then let her say

I think that I'm a lot like your friend. I always say what is on my mind, because the truth is more important than avoiding getting in trouble, and if I get in serious trouble about it, then it's obviously a situation that I don't want to stay in. You know? So short story long, I do take criticism because I give it out too lol. Cheers!
