Is Alertpay safe and secure? What does it pay when you refer someone?

I use Alertpay. I do not bother with the referral program though. While Alertpay is not number one in the news, it has been taking steps over the last year to improve it's image. Especially with regards to complaints.

It is secure. I am not using it but I do have many friends online who are using this type of payment processor. You can rely on Alertpay, don't worry. About the referral system, I am not sure of that. I don't know if how much they pay for every person you refer to use the payment processor. Maybe,they give a little amount for that.

I'm on Alertpay. I only actually made it so I could cash out from Bux.to, and I've been wondering the same thing. I'm not going to risk connecting up my bank account to it, instead I'm just going to move any funds from it to my PayPal account. My account doesn't have any funds in it so far because I'm still waiting for my payout from Bux.to, so I can't give you a definite answer.
