hi, dear Mylotters!
someday soon, one of my wisdom tooth will be pulled out. That would be really terrible to me... the dentist said it grew in a strange way, and would be difficult to pull out. (it is going bad, so have to pull it out.)
I would like to consult you if you have any idea what can I eat after that, or generally speaking, how can I better recover to normal condition asap.?
(worrying...)

I suggest anything soft or mashed- mashed potatoes, apple sauce, jell-o or soups. It might even be a good idea to try those jarred baby foods to get nutrients.
And I think ice cream might be a good treat to have- it's cold so it will num your mouth, it melts so you don't have to use your teeth and it's just plain good! w

Don't eat anything too hot nor too cold. I never lost my wisdom teeth but I did lose a back tooth many years ago. I would ask my dentist to be sure. I really don't remember much of what I could eat but I do remember that extreme hot or cold was not a good thing. Also everyone is different. Much depends on how complicated your extraction was etc. I would take the advice of the dentist.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. (One at a time due to extenuating circumstances.) Basically, I just has soups and soft foods for a day or so until I felt that I could eat something more substantial. Your dentist can give you a better idea of what would be appropriat in your case, depending on whether there a complications or not.
