I really love wearing an eyeliner because it adds beauty and color to our face. I guess it can enhance the beauty of our eyes. But, what can really be the best way to use this eyeliner? I have heard from television and I even read from some magazines that eyeliners which are placed on the upper eyelid can are appropriate for people with big eyes because it can help in making the eyes smaller. On the other hand, putting eyeliner on the lower eyelid can make the eyes bigger. Are these truE? What way do you use eyeliner?

hi pentagan12! I like using eyeliners too. It can make my eyes look bigger and doll-like. It seems true that putting more on my lower eyelid could make my eyes look bigger. Applying eyeliners depend on the person's preference. Happy mylotting!

Hi pentagan! I think the best way to know which match you is putting it into practice. It is you who clealy know our skin and your face shape. If you like the make up,you will feel confident and then you are beautiful. Happy mylotting!

If you want your eyeliner to look mooth and professional,Depending on where you are going as well as the look that you want to create, there are many different ways to apply eyeliner.A basic everyday eyeliner look can be achieved quickly and easily using a soft Kohl pencil.Simply line the top lid from about halfway across to the outer corner of the lid.One of the most important eyeliner tips and tricks for application is to apply the eyeliner in short, feathery strokes.A long, continuous line is almost impossible for the unpracticed hand to create and is unnecessary, except for some extremely bold and dramatic styles.Pull the skin taut with your non-dominant hand and use the other hand to apply the eyeliner in short strokes. You can start from the outside corner and work in,or start at the halfway mark and work out.Use a smudger or simply a cotton swab to mudge the line. Next, apply your normal eyeshadow directly on the eyeliner, which will help prevent smearing. Now, use a cake eyeliner or eyeshadow to line the lower lashes, again working only from the halfway point. Clean up any mistakes with a fresh cotton swab. For a more mysterious evening look, follow the steps above but continue both the top lid line and the lower line all the way to the inner corner. Smudge liberally and set with a dark and smoky eyeshadow shade.A truly bold look can be achieved once you perfect the art of applying liquid eyeliner.Use the eyeliner on both the top and bottom lash lines, again starting at approximately the halfway point.Instead of stopping at the end of the lash line, allow the two lines to meet at the outside corner. Then angle a line up at approximately 45 degrees from that corner and extend it all the way up to the outside corner of the eyebrow. This is an extremely dramatic look that requires a practiced hand, so be sure to perfect the technique in advance.A still bold but less dramatic effect, often known as the cat's eye look, can be achieved by applying eyeliner to the inner rather than outer rims of the eye.A hard pencil or crayon is best for this,as the chance of getting eyeliner into your eye is reduced. However,if you have a very steady hand, liquid eyeliner will provide the best results. Many women find that basic black eyeliner is too harsh for their skin tone. Consider a charcoal or brown liner for your everyday look. At night, drama is the secret to looking mysterious. Find bold colors that enhance the color of your eyes and the color of your outfit. Purple, green and even red eyeliners work well at night.eyeliner tip is to add a bit of white or silver at the inside corners of the eyes eyes or even along the inner rim of the eyelids. This gives an instant boost to tired or droopy eyelids.Ultimately, you will develop your own arsenal of eyeliner tips and tricks. While it is important to understand the latest trends regarding eyeliner application,do not change your entire beauty regimen every time a new beauty magazine is released.Work on developing your own unique style,a look that works with your particular features, clothes and activities.Let the trends influence you to add, subtract or change different elements rather than completely re-make your entire look.A subtle not to the latest trend is much classier than blindly following all newly released eyeliner tips and tricks.
