Alert Pay Question

Hey, Can someone tells me how to withdraw cash from alert pay to a local bank?
I really don't get this site.. I'm using paypal actually but I have to a site which only use alertpay so I registered there.
Here's what I did..
Log in to my account
Clicked "Withdraw" then "Electronic Funds"
Select the country which is "Philippines"
Clicked Next
Bank type is "Bank Wire" - Next
After that is the tricky part for me.. the Step 3 "Account"
First I select Currency, (Does this mean the currency I'm withdrawing?)
Then select my Account type,
After that is the "Account Number", "Bank Code", "Branch Code", "SWIFT BIC"
I don't get it. ^_^
then the last part is the "Bank Phone Number" and "Bank Contact Name"
Do I have to fill this? I mean I don't know anyone from the bank that I can put here..
Please help me.. Thanks..

I wish I could be more helpful man, but I think you'd need to check your bank's details to confirm this, phone them, visit their website, etc. The data could be pulled from there.
Good luck with that.
P.S.: As far s I know a "SWIFT" code is required to do transfers and all that jazz.
