Recently,my weight booms fast.In many ways,it seriously affect my daily life.I know overweight is always a problem.Everyone wants to lose weight,but seems not.I have tried many measures,but it did not act.Dear friends,do you have some effective measures?Maybe,you can share the experience.thanks a lot. In addition,I eat less,but the weight rise rapidly.I indeed hope someone will provided some good measures.

Hello, Xizhilang, I am not on diet and on the other hand, I eat a lot, anyway, I am still very thin. Actually I hope I can gain some weight. I think the main cause is I always stay up late at night. I think that is not quite healthy, so I go to bed a little early now. If you want to lose weight, I suggest the best way is do exercise, that is healthy and effective. Best luck!
