Will Madrid be able to regain top spot by the end of December?

With Barca away for the Club World Cup Championship, do you think Madrid will be able to regain top spot? I think Madrid just don't have the quality to lead the league. So my opinion, I think they will still maintain their secon place position.

I think though there is no Barcelona or Madrid in the league will be able to take long positions, although not because Real Madrid have the capacity as team champion. Rather than their willingness to be in second place, they just lost to Barcelona ahead of luck.

Isn't there only one game left for Madrid before the end of the season? and with a five point deficit?
