Is their any one help me to get spouse visa?

wow...thats like stuff you find in Craigslist. yes, in most country's you can get legal citizenship if you marry some from that country. but to marry someone just on the basis of getting into the country is, at the very least, morally wrong. i'd say to find different routes or just save up.

My cousin is English and she went to work in Australia. She has a four year work visa. Whilst there she fell in love with an Australian man. She got married to him and applied for a spouse visa. She hated the application process. She had to have a medical examination, character references and an English language test. She felt offended with having such a test because it is her mother tongue language. I have been to Australia and worked there because I had a working holiday visa. I married an Australian man and we stayed together for six years before divorcing. I have visited Australia. I think backpacker hostels are quite cheap. The immigration service is tough and likes genuine marriages. I watched a movie called Green Card about a French man that marries an American lady. I recommend you see it. Good luck.
