do i give all the clients to the employees that sell the most products for my Spa.Do I just pay commission plus a bonus for products sold. My good employees are saying that they will leave if I don't book by retention.What are the basic rules in a Day Spa?Help What about the new employees and the employees that have been with me 2 plus years and still haven't built a business?
