I am guy but i must admit i do. Being in my house alone at night frightens me so much. My house is horrible creaky and it makes loads of inexplicable noises. Do you hate being home alone at night?

yes i do, specially when i am feeling sad. Since when i was seven year old i started sleeping alone in my room and i got afraid of dark and silence. i sleep with switching lights on from that time. my home is horribly creaky and makes load of inexplicable noises. i always leave all the lights on at nights, for one reason,so i dont have to walk in dark room. Being in my home alone frightens me alot.Even when my little brother is at home i feel fine.

Personally I kind of like being home alone. I can pump music, watch what i want on TV, or just chill and enjoy the fact that there is no one around to tell me to do things.

Hehehe thats so cute! lol. I live alone and mostly I loooove it. Although my friend is a self-proclaimed psychic who claims my house is shared by the ghosts of 5 children and an old woman who cares for them...

Well, being home alone sometimes is a good thing. You could get your own privacy. But most of the time I want someone with me, whether it's going to be friends or someone special it doesn't matter as long as you're with people you care most.

I live in a city and being alone at night gives me scary thoughts sometimes, due to bad night elements. I would rather have ghosts as company rather than having an unexpected thieves visitor(ugh!!!)alive person are much dangerous than the ghost huh!

Nope, not at all. If you can only understand why those "horrible creaky noises" you heard at night really was, then there is no need to be frightened and alarm. For example you can hear the quicks on your attic and taught that there's something moving. But instead its only the joints of your house returning from its original size (remember that science 101 taught us about expansion?). Yeah woods do expand too, during hot weather, they expand and on the cold nights, they return to there original shape. As a result, we can hear those wood quirks which we taught it was something else. And it you're still afraid, there's always the TV or other noise producing appliances that you can turn-on so that you cannot hear those "horrible creaky noises". lol
