I usually use cash but, I did try to use my debit card one time to purchase an item for my young nephew, a toy that is similiar with a cartoon series that he usually gets to watch.
As much as possible, I would like to pay in cash than with a card since, most of the promos would be higher discounts if you pay them in cash than using a card.

Yes, that´s true. I also heard that you can save much if you pay in cash coz credit cards deducts some dollars from your account.

hello...
I use both cash and credit card. When buying small items such as groceries, clothes, shoes and medicines, I use cash. But when I buy my gadgets, phones, appliances-- or other expensive stuff I use my card specially when there is a promo with 6 month or 12 month installment at zero interest.

wow, good for you. i do have one but it´s the same account with my salary... so every payday, it automatically pays all my credits. It´s sort of debit & credit card.

I am using my credit card to pay for the things I buy these days. I have to be very careful about it, I know. I make sure that I only buy things that are necessary and I have made out a budget and my payment schedule. No impulsive purchases. I do not think I will get more savings if I buy in cash. Some credit card companies, including mine, have come up with incentives when you swipe your card. The other night, I bought a jacket for myself and when the cashier saw my card, she deducted 10% from the selling price. So I guess I get more savings when I swipe but the risk of not being able to pay is also there.
Cheers!

I use cash or my debit card. I don't have credit cards and I'm not even interested to have one lol. I usually have both when going shoppin though. If I buy a lot of things, I use my debit cards because I'm not comfortable bringing a lot of cash with me. So I don't bring too much of it, just for buying snacks in case I'm hungry lol.

I try to depend on good old fashioned cash as much as possible. But for larger or unexpected, credit - it's safer than carrying cash around.

I pay with cash or my debit card. It depends which one is most convenient. I don't like to carry large sums of money around with me. In the case that I am buying an expensive product I use my debit card. I just have to put in my four digit pass number. Then the goods are mine. I don't like to pay for things with my credit card. I have a credit card just to use during an emergency. I like to save money up.

I try to pay by cash, but sometimes I do use my debit card. I have one credit card (a Lowes card) but I hardly ever use it. This Christmas I used cash because it helped me save a lot of money and prevented me from over spending. I am not sure if you save money by paying by cash.

I prefer using cash to buy stuff,I don't like using my card because I have to let the merchant swipe my card and see my number.I'm kind of paranoid about getting my card skimmed and my ID stolen. If I don't have enough cash I find an ATM because I trust the bank more than I trust merchants.
