Hi! I just want to share this experience. I been scam legally.. How does it happen? I'm walking in a big and well know mall. Suddenly a woman approach me and ask me if I have a created card.. I'm little defensive and ask her lots of question. I thought I'm in control of myself until I give her my credit card and..swipe..I been charge.. Charge what? an insurance plan.. .. Its a legal because they have permits. Its a scam because they give you wrong impression. Like do you want to have a house., money, etc, Thinking that you will have does you dream come true ( also thinking its an investment of some sort). Turn out to be an insurance plan only after you give your money or your credit card for your first down payment. .. How much is your insurance? You pay monthly for five years and on 15th year you got 150% of your money.. And you be insurance coverage? Let just say that at my current situation..I got none if bad things happen to me.. .. Its a robbery in a mall experience.. And I can do nothing about it. ... How about you guys.. Have same experience to share?

@ where did I get my money? From my savings, I had a permanent job here in PI, was lucky to be a recipient of Monbukagakuhsho Japanese Goverment program, so I was on study leave with pay for 2 years at the same time I received monthly allowance in Japan Y 184k, almost $2k during my time and did part time job while studying. Also I work for the State here US, my salart is not that much, but I wanted to help my brods and sis, i helped them for college. Brod told me that the man who scammed him, that they he will also go to canada and process their documents together. It happen as year ago. Now, I have nothing left but its okay, I wanna see them have good life. No more hope here. I do not have any business anywhere. I am happy with my daily routine (work, internet, home).

You can report that to the proper authorities if you wish to contest when you were mislead to believe on something. There are lots of pending complaints against them if you just go to proper agencies in the government. It will take some time though. But really, you can dispute it even if you have already signed the charge slip of your Credit Card.

Yeah..But at the cost of fare and follow up..hmm..Its not worth it. Beside the stress and the timed consumed is not worth it. I just get my 80% and move on wit my life.. Beside I just treat it as an experience learned.. lolz.. But still.. ... Its seem you know what I'm talking about.. Yeah..How did they say legit until now? With lots of complain brewing? .. They have a strong backing from whom I don't know.. Its just so damn crazy that its still operate until now.

I was almost a victim of a similar scheme. This company started about 10 years ago, by sending you a formal letter informing you have 1-in 5 chances to win a brand new SUV just by attending a seminar at their office. Not knowing that when you are already inside their office, they will do everything to convince you and that you "need" an insurance based on your income. The only thing you can do is report it o the authorities and also inform the media. There is a brave radiocaster over at DZBB, "Ka Rene" if I am not mistaken, has done quite a number of shots over this insurance scheme. You are not alone, a whole lot of people encounter the same thing everyday.

Report to authorities? And what can they do? The company has a legal permit. So its means they are legit. Also what case will you bring to them? They don't force you to go to their office. You went their. They know the law and they know how to go marry around with the law. That way they know they can't be sue..
