Windows 7 - An boomer to Microsoft or not.

Hi, I currently work for an MNC that deals in providing Technical Support to people using various Microsoft Products. Finally Windows 7 was out on 25th October, 2009 and without any second opinion people had been eagerly waiting for it including me. During the conversation with the customers I realized that there is a lot more what people want from the developers in Microsoft. People are looking forward to lot many feaetures apart from ones they are being offered right now along with the package. Is the greed as people have become too tech-savy? I always remain confused to the fact that it hasnt been too long that Windows 7 has been launched and people are looking forward to know the name of the upcoming version of Windows. I just wanted to know your experiences with Windows 7 and is it true that people have started expecting much more. -- Saurabh Yadav
