Is o-mega.me a scam?

I was just wondering if o-mega is a scam. Has anyone been paid. You get paid 1 cent and they have 100+ adds, and payout is $1.50, but to start clicking you have to pay $3.

lols O-mega is just like get 200-300% what you have invested,
It doesnot have the potential to withstand,
I know that from the beginning,
Its the best if you've joined in the beginning itself,
and if you can get a hell of referrals.
And definitely it is going to be a scam,
But if you are capable, you can sweep as much as possible,
Its the strategy of that site.
But the time has gone already, Better don't join such a site

hi,retro0bert,i never heard about o-mega,so i don't know if is a scame or not,but i think before entering a site ,you would take more information about it ,if you think it's worth to join in ,then to do.
