Prizes can take a variety of forms. Some workers value a promotion, some consider financial incentives highly, or some desire compliments from his boss. or there are others. what do you expect the most from your boss if you perform well in a financial year?
I am very practical, and I am very clearly aware that my purpose to work is receive payment, cash. In the past, I might put promotion in the first place. But now, as I grow up, I put money in the first place, but don't get me wrong as a material girl. I think other forms of prizes are not very realistic, they are very vague. I would rather remain in a well-paid position than a seemingly higher postion with fewer salary, like a project manager or something.
What about you?

Well I'm not working for anyone,
But if I work,
I'll consider the hike in the salary,
It may be due to the work we've done or through promotion,
whatever it may be
Me too not materialistic, but I need the value for my work, I don't think it has nothing to do with materialistic,
If the employer doesn't give the desired, then he/she should be materialistic.
So its quiet practical
