Does anyone here have a WordPress blog? Just out of curiousity. I'm thinking of making a personal blog, and I wanted to get advice from people who know a little bit more about blogging & WordPress than I do (which is virtually..nothing, actually, now that I think of it.) Is WordPress the best place to go for a blog? Where do you have a blog? Is WordPress easy to figure out? Thanks in advance, everyone!

wordpress is best for personal blogger, you can host wordpress script on your own website too. blogger is also good, but I like wordpress mostly. hosting wordpress blog script needs some little technical skills to. but i am expret for that. THanks for sharing.

WordPress is quite easy to get started with. It's up to you how complicated you want to make it with addons, themes, and other customization. Wordpress.com is a decent host to learn the basics of WP, but note that they do restrict commercial activity on their hosted blogs...it seems like Amazon.com affiliate links are OK, but not much more than that. Blogger is definitely the better host in terms of letting you have the freedom to make money with your blogs. I actually still prefer Blogger overall even as software, but that's likely because I've been blogging on Blogger and a lot longer than I've used WP.

Well if you want to scale your blog, with widget and plugins, I think wordpress is the best option around, however if you just want a simple and fuss free, I think you should look at blog spot.
