Hey everyone.
I am not sure how all of you make your money but if it weren't for the Internet and sites that pay people like us, I wouldn't be happy at all even though I am not making a bunch of money for being online. It is my only way to earn income since I am at home with the kids to take care of them while my hon works outside of the house. I was wondering if any of you also work at home or make money and if you are also a parent or not. If you are a parent, what is your reason for making money online? Some of you did it so then you can just get some extra income while others just enjoy having their own career choices such as doing phone jobs or what not. My excuse is so then I can have some money for myself and have found some neat ways as a career alternatives instead of just doing one thing for working at home kind of job. I am also pregnant with my fourth child, another girl, so it helps if I get some money due to having paypal. Do any of you agree or not? If you are a newbie on wanting to earn income online, this is a neat site to get some more ideas or get ideas of which sites to start off. Free money is free money right?

I'm happy with the amount I recieve from online jobs. I don't pay much effort or pressure to do online jobs. I only work with Mylot and Trekpay. It doesn't require much effort. It is a truth that I don't make much money by working online, but I am happy about the small extra money I make.
I just take small breaks from my work and work on these sites. So, I don't have a special time dedicated to these sites and I feel refreshed after working with these sites so that I can get back to my official work with more energy and enthusiasam. I don't think it is worth if you take it as the only job. You should also think about the time, electricity, effort needed for it.

I know. And I haven't put much effort into my writing business as well since I have been doing other stuff as well where I am getting paid for sure. I also need to work on a plan on how I can implement and have effective strategies in order to make a lot more than what I am doing. Plus taking care of young kids can be somewhat time consuming. I am also a member at Trekpay but because I am not active on there, I am somewhat giving up on them. I also do swagbucks, opinion square surveys, springboard america surveys, clixsense, ehow, associated content, etc.
I only work on trying to make money when my kids are asleep so then it would make things easier for me. And a time to myself as well. I used to be on the net constantly but have cut that down so far.

Though making money is not my aim for online activities, I enjoy mylotting and few other activities. I just spend my leisure time here online. So it does not make me think if I'm happy with the earnings or not..It is just the part of sharing my views that I take into note..So I'm satisfied with my online activities..

I love making money online. I write articles for Associated Content, Demand Studios, and Ehow. I have also just started with Mahalo.
I am not a parent but I like the extra money because I help pay the bills and help buy things for the house that we need. :)

Well, I could be happier ;). But what little I earn is always exciting. I have a day job, too, so at least I'm not trying to count on that... yet. I've already raised my family so I have time to do my own thing. I was the first person I knew on the internet around here and I always thought there should be ways to make money, but was to busy working and raising the family to spend the time to learn. Enjoy your family every day because TIME FLIES!

Thanks for sharing Pam. As you can see, I am not happy at all each month since I never reach the $500 mark due to having three very young girls for now (8, 4 and a 1 year old plus a new baby on the way in early February). And if I do decide to get a part time job, how can I work around my hon's schedule since when he comes home from the end of the day, he would be stuck with the kids while me and his mom works as well. It can get pretty exhausting. It's good that you can take the time now to do your own thing. I try to do that everyday and it's good as a mom since without the internet to make some money, I would go berserk. And thanks for the advice. I have been cutting way down on being on the Internet and only come online when all of the kids are knocked out.
