Imagine running Linux Inside Windows! Windows inside Macintosh! Windows inside Linux?
And switching between them with a mouse click? can't believe it?
You can make as many different virtual computers in your computer. No need to hurt existing installation and all problem with partitioning and formatting. Just download and install it.. "Sun VirtualBox" it is free.

You can install it in most of the OS. Then you can create Linux or Windows XP, or whatever. Now you can install windows/Linux/mac in new virtual machine which just run inside your computer as an application. Very easy!

Yes you can. Download windows version of the software, and install it in your windows. Then you can create an Ubuntu linux in it, then install it with ubuntu disk and carry on. If the network drivers are working fine you can exchange files between windows & Linux through virtual networking.

Virtual PC2007 also does similar things, but it normally designed for Windows OSs. But Virtual Box optimized for several OSs.
