how to get many visitors at our blog ?

I have multiple blogs and all of the blogs is that approximately 20 unique visitors per day. So, I want get more unique visitors per day, but I don't know how to optimized my blog to get a lots visitor.
Can you give me some information and tips or advice to optimize my blog to get lots of unique visitors?

Try to do some link exchange with other blog. Copy your blog link in different social networking site which have same content like your site have.

I will try its, and hopefully I get unique visitor from that.
