RESPONSIBILITY can be forceably taught or voluntarily learned?

Is being responsible follows when a person gets matured? Does it mean that being young is not responsible enough? Or the person can be rsponsibe when he have a family of his own? Do some people are afraid to be responsible for the actions they take? Whats your point of view with this? Please share!

Responsibility does not come along with matured people there are some young people who are responsible already of how to find for a living. Some people are not comfortable with being responsible for it is a problem to them to look for a income in order to provide for the needs of their family so some people are just to dependent to their partner for they do not want to face problems.
