iam saying at current environment and busy life we are not taking a good diet that provides a good health for us. is you agree with me. how can we find good health whats the good health mean. how can we say that iam healthy now. are u can say that u r healthy.

Nowdays the quality of life is better than before and people eat better than ever.Then the incidence of diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipemia are higher than before.I think people should eat halthy.Eat more vegetables,fruits,and coarse food grain and less meat ,fat and oil!
The rhythm of life is more and more quick, and people may have no time to excerse.But I think sports is important.We should make full time to do some sports.It can make you stronger and healthy!
Also keep a good mental attitude!

Hi Ugandhar,
Yes i am aware of it and i am doing something to keep myself healthy. i am trying a adapt a healthy lifestyle practice. i am doing some exercises, eating healthy foods--more vegetables and fruits, less salty, fatty and carbs. it's a great sacrifice but it will create a great impact in one's health!

Hi ugandharl123,Welcome to mylot!Well,we need to eat more fruits and vegetables which is rich in fiber and antioxidants.We really needs that,because now a days mostly foods that we ate are processed or having food preservatives.We must be aware of this.We need also enough rest to achieve good and healthy conditions.Good Day!
