If you can change any physical features you have will you change it even if it takes you to do it under major surgery? Do you believe in whats in the Bible Scripture that God made us & we look like Him? Will you be happier if you achieve what you desire o have physically? Please share your thoughts?

I agree part of what you said that we are made in the same image & likeness with God so even if my nose is my problem I would not have it change when time comes that I am financially blessed it is also my trademark how my friends know me. I am happy with it & it did not bother me at all.
