Choose a payment process, Paypal or Alertpay?

I have paypal and alertpay account but both of my accounts are unverified. Am I able to withdraw my money from my unverified accounts? Have you ever experienced withdrawing with charges/fees(using unverified)?
I'm just curious about Paypal and Alertpay. I know that paypal charges 4 cents for cashout fee when it comes to ptc sites withdrawal. How about with alertpay. I wanna know the difference between the 2 most popular payment processes.

I am josechukkiri from India. I am using both the processors, paypal and alertpay. But I prefer paypal because I can withdraw money from paypal to my Indian bank account in Rupees. It is not possible in alertpay. Refer the thread below :

I Choose Alertpay as you ask. Anyways, I have bad experience about PayPal. I earn some money with mylot & receive on PayPal. Now i have to bought a Rapidshare Premium for using this money i start buying & I was shocked that my PayPal account Limited without any Reason. i do use Unverified AP & anything fine with them.

I choose Paypal because I don't have any problems with it. My Alertpay Account until now still unverified so I have bad experienced. I think it may depends on our experienced also. However, it also same with other site that accept only Alrtpay or Paypal due to some reasons.

Are we able to withdraw our money using unverified AP account? How much is the withdrawal fee?
