Dancing is good for our health.

I firmly believe dancing is good alternative of exercise. I do enjoy music and goes for dance in room with high beat. I think this is very nice,cheap and healthy activity. I become active and remains fresh. I do take small and large steps, sometimes i jumps according to music. Exercise of every part of body remains in progress including fingers, hands, foots, legs, head,some times exercise of mouth. Do you like dancing?

yes dancing is good for health,its a good form of exercise.We dance to enjoy and relax.it is fun to dance.Dancing to your favorite tune is what you would most desire.Dancing is good physical exercise.it is good way to burn off excessive fat. It tones up the body.It makes you feel energetic and vibrant.Dancing reduces stress.It improves the muscles and coordination.It lower the risks of coronary heart disease.It strengthens the hip bones and legs. it enhances the blood flow to brain.It reduces blood pressure and lower cholestrol. and release your toxins through sweat.

Its true, dancing is a smooth way of burning fats. Shakira is too sexy with her belly dancing. It is for fun and exercise too. The good thing about it, you can do it anywhere except in busy streets of course.

I certainly agree. Dancing is a combination of listening to music and keeping your limbs active and moving. That certainly is an exercise in a rythmatic way. Listening to music is also excellent for mental relaxation and health. I certainly like dancing, and I would dance whenever I have the time and the right occasion. Waltz is my favorite !

Dancing is good for health. As dancing is not only a great way to have fun and socialize but also offers several health benefits. Research show that dance 30 minutes continuously and will burn 200 to 400 calories, the same as walking, swimming or cycling. The social dancing provides cardiovascular conditioning and believe can strengthen bones. Consistent social dance exercise leads to a slower heart rate, lower blood pressure and improved cholesterol levels. So, it is better to have 30 to 40 minutes of continuous activity three to four times a week. awhh yeah I'm very much crazyyyyyyy over dancing...it does help in maintaining your health as it is a good exercise not only for weight loss, but for releasing tension as well..Besides, it is fun and enjoyable especially with a loud hip hop music that is somehow made for such movements *_^ Smiley,,
