Develop lyric writing

I think it's cool you write lyrics. I'm a writer to ,but i don't write for songs I write because I want to get my stuff published I also enjoy doing as you probably do. Sometimes you can get writers block don't be tough on yourself try to relax and maybe put on some music like enya or some classical. Grab a bite to eat and go back to it and see if that helps. Sometimes when your stressed it won't come to you. I'm an impulse writers my ideas kind of just pop into my head while with my poems it seems to work that way. I never write the same thing twice because of writing in the moment. Hope that helps
