you need to follow a strict time table my friend. night shift is not a work you could just ignore. it's a difficult one that you need to be more careful because when you're careless, you'll be out of shape in no time. the best way is to plan your day by giving time as to what you should be doing during a specific time. be strict about it and follow it when you should.

you can implement food if you want to. that's what i think. but maybe i'm being too harsh. there was time when i was brain washed myself... i am being to harsh but really i ate too less and needed to eat more, but really the fear is what held me back but really i should have been brave and benefited myself to eat more.

If your job is causing you to be weak, phsyically, and is starting to affect your health - why not quit and find a different job? Or try to trade shifts/schedules with other people? Otherwise, you just need to learn how to take care of yourself despite the time crunch. Like the other person said, prepare meals and snacks ahead of time (or buy ones that are prepared already for you, and take them with you). Take a multi-vitamin. Drink water while at work, or protein shakes (meal replacements) if you can. There has to be a way to make your situation work without making you ill or malnurished!

If you are concerned with your health then you must do all possible steps to take care of your health.
What is the essence of working hard, if possibly your earnings will be allocated for your health medication,'
Better start now by allocating time and eating meals in between work hours like healthy snacks, or any nutritious foods and fruits that is quick and easy for you to prepare.

hello...
I am working in a bpo as well. And I am also in the night shift. I eat healthy foods and I have been taking some vitamins as well.
At first it was hard... but once your biological clock will be set everything will be all right. Chill!
