what should I do?

My husband and I are having some problems. I didn't think mthey were that bad. I came to Maine to visit my family but when it came time to go to the airport to go back to Florida I over sleptand we missed our flight. Because of lack of money I decided to saty in Maine work thrugh the winter and save so I could get tickets to go back next summer. But my husband says if I stay here for a year than when/if I do go back to Florida he says we will get a divorce. My oldest starts sachool tomorrow so I don't want to go anywhere until she gets out. Should I fight him and try to stay with him or should I file for divorce now or wait until he does?

I really dont understand if you over slept and missed your flight get another flight and go back to florida. You have to either want to be with your husband or not.

Dear!!!!! Lack of mony is a genuine problem and if your husband is not understanding it the ask him to arrange some money for you.But if it's the problem of studies then..i think you can get a good school there also..may be she'll miss few days but ....but then she will be more stable and will be able to be with father and mother both.
